The purpose of this position is to support the development and delivery of fitness programs and to provide instruction and leadership to group exercise classes. Provide a safe, enriching environment, and build relationships with members. Instruct members on proper exercise techniques.
\u2022 Teach a variety of group exercise classes. Greet members by name. Evaluate, correct, and instruct members on proper exercise techniques. Proactively provide appropriate direction to members performing dangerous or harmful exercises. Maintain a safe and clean environment for members.
\u2022 Design and lead special programs as necessary.
\u2022 Assist in planning, coordination, presentation and promotion of programs, classes, and events.
\u2022 Keep current on all employee required training.
