Promotes the School of Nursing and Human Physiology by engaging with online audiences, students, faculty, alumni, and community members. Plans and implements weekend immersions, various ceremonies and orientations, and alumni events and creates and manages content for web, social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials (brochures, event advertisement, etc.). Engages, informs, and inspires our many audiences by promoting the university and school brands. Acts as the liaison to university central offices and external vendors in coordinating event and marketing details.
Bachelor's Degree and two years of event planning and marketing experience or 3-4 years of event planning and marketing experience in lieu of degree. Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and other campus personnel Knowledge and experience with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Office and other information management applications Demonstrates initiative, flexibility & problem solving skills Strong verbal and written skills and interpersonal skills
