The Academic Learning Specialist will be responsible for developing and overseeing academic support programs, including group and one-on-one tutoring, academic coaching, workshops, and academic integrity education and case management. This work will involve: collaborating with the director and associate director to plan and design new academic support programs; designing and leading training that meets College Reading and Learning Association certification standards; and daily oversight of existing academic support programs. The Academic Learning Specialist will also work with the associate director on data collection and analysis to assess the CLASS programs that support student academic success.
