PhD Health Services Researcher Section of General Internal Medicine, San Francisco VA Medical Center
The University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and San Francisco VA Medical Center (SFVAMC) are seeking applications for an Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor position in the Adjunct or In Residence Professor series. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Health Services Research, Health Informatics, Data Science, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related discipline, and excellent qualifications in research and education.
The Division of General Internal Medicine seeks highly qualified candidates with expertise in clinical epidemiology, biostatistics, health services/outcomes research, implementation science and/or clinical research informatics. Methodological areas may include causal inference using large observational databases, statistical learning methods, precision medicine, and data science. The faculty member will be expected to perform biostatistical consultations to support clinical research in addition to pursuing their own funded research program.
