The successful candidate will teach courses in finance at the undergraduate level and if suitably qualified, at the master's level.
In addition to teaching duties, the candidate will be expected to engage in research and/or professional activities to the extent required to meet the College’s Faculty Qualification Standards and to engage in appropriate service activities in the Department and College.
Minimum Experience / Education:
UNC Charlotte gives primary consideration to the earned masters and/or terminal degree in the teaching discipline or a related discipline.
Preferred Education Skills and Experience:
Candidates for the Lecturer position must hold a master's degree with a major in finance or a related field.
Candidates for the Clinical Assistant Professor or Clinical Professor position must hold either a Ph.D. in finance or a related field or a DBA with a major in finance. Rank will depend on experience and background.
