Advertised Summary Job Description: Reporting to the Department Administrator, the short-term casual will be assisting with data entry related to invoicing for one of the Core Service Facilities within the Department of Systems Biology. The person will also be processing invoices in the systems and involved in communications with the core clients.
General Minimum Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience, training and experience.
Additional Specific Minimum Qualifications: -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, in particular).
-Must have good attention to detail; able to process with accuracy and efficiency; good communication skills.
