This position oversees a team of statisticians, data analysts and IT professionals who produce analytical products for the UK and UKHC enterprise. These analytic products support the research, operations and quality improvement efforts and may involve the creation of data collection instruments, automations, statistical analyses, ad-hoc or self-service reports, dashboards, infographics and visualizations. The position will work closely with clinical staff, faculty, business analysts, researchers and the team to effectively and efficiently meet their analytic needs. The position will enable employees by providing technical, prioritization and procedural guidance. It will also support the unit by driving continuous improvement, refining policies and procedures, enhancing documentation, providing developmental opportunities, seeking feedback, tracking & reporting of unit metrics, and establishing relationship with key business stakeholders. This position will also provide data management, analysis, and reporting to dyad unit quality improvement projects to improve financial, clinical, patient experience, and quality outcomes for the UK Healthcare Enterprise. Support and prioritize projects externally funded rom DoD, PCORI, NIH, CMS, etc and UK Healthcare dyad units to achieve success. This position will engage in facilitating, training, and knowledge sharing activities across analytic units across UK Healthcare. Will manage the quality control process for projects. Enhance efficiency of analytic support through the development of standards and reusable assets.
Development and management skills in BI/BA tools, Tableau, T-SQL and PL/SQL. Deep understanding of database management principles.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
Bachelor’s degree and 8 years experience in data systems support, analysis, implementation, and/or operation preferred.
