The Administrative Support Associate I will serve as liaison between departments and the college administrative units. The primary responsibilities include the following: submit pre-approval forms for purchasing; process travel arrangements including flights, hotel, transportation, etc.; procard edits and maintenance of account records for reconciliation; search committee support to include logistics for interviews; ensure facilities are maintained through housekeeping services, renovation and expansion projects; payroll time reviews to ensure entry and approval of pay period hours; schedule faculty meetings and take minutes, maintain and order office supplies, maintain departmental bulletin board; and administrative support for department chairs and DGS.
Competitive applicants will be able to work independently and manage a large variety of tasks throughout the day. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. The successful candidate must also be able to work at a quick and upbeat pace while maintaining exceptional organization and a high-level of customer service.
MS Office, excellent communication skills, customer service, ability to multi-task, highly organized and able to prioritize, self starter.

Required Related Experience:
Required License/Registration/Certification :
AA + 4 years UK Travel, purchasing and faculty support experience.
Driver's license preferred.
