Advertised Job Summary:
Under general supervision of the Assistant Vice President for Human Resources-Programs and Services, plans and manages the activities of the Employee Relations Office of the Division of Human Resources. Responsibilities include employee/employer counseling, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) coordination, Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) program monitoring and processing, unemployment administration student loan default compliance, grievance procedure administration, supervisory training in related areas, policy development and interpretation.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years experience in human resources management programs.
