Under general supervision of the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Enterprise Shared Services (ESS), provides administrative support including, but not limited to, planning and coordination of administration and/or operational activities of substantial variety and complexity in a unit or department of considerable size and/or diversification.
Provide comprehensive support to AVP
Manage day to day administrative needs of AVP and ESS
Monitor AVP's emails and initiate appropriate responses for items needing attention
Maintains AVP's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings
Review, prepare and draft letters, documents and emails communications for ESS projects
Ability to maintain confidentiality for all tasks containing sensitive information
Gather and evaluate meeting and or presentation needs and assist in appropriate preparing materials
Serve as liaison for administrator in the interpretation of policies and procedures
Manage reconciliation of all procurement and travel expenses and monitor expenditures on supplies, equipment, etc.
Possess strong communication, writing and organization skills
Ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
Use Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint to carry out various project needs
Perform other related duties based on departmental needs
Bachelor's degree with one (1) year experience; -OR- Associate's degree with three (3) years' experience; -OR- five (5) years' experience.
Experience must be in high-level administrative support.
