This Employee Services Specialist will be responsible for:
Responding to HR related subject matter inquiries from employees regarding benefits and personnel record information.
Providing exceptional and timely customer service primarily through telephone, email and personal interaction.
To qualify, you must have:
The level of knowledge typically acquired through completion of two years of occupationally‑specific education or an Associate's degree in Secretarial Sciences or a closely related field. A minimum of three to four years of previous experience is required.
The analytical skills to resolve complex problems requiring the use of scientific, mathematical, or technical principles and in‑depth, experienced‑based cross‑functional knowledge. Accuracy with speed of processing data, strong technical aptitude, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is crucial.
Impeccable and timely customer service in all interactions and transactions.
The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
No certification, registration or licensure required.
