Brief Description of Position: The Facility Service Aide will perform a wide variety of duties, including but not limited to, cleaning, set-up for college events, delivery of packages, inventory, outside maintenance, snow removal and pressure washing.

High School Diploma or work equivalent.
Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance services practices.
Knowledge of tools or equipment used in housekeeping and maintenance.
Ability to operate tools and equipment.
Ability to work in inclement weather.
Training in Occupational Safety preferred.
Training in First Aid preferred.
Lawn care experience preferred.
Physical Demands: Ability to perform medium to heavy physical work. May be required to lift, push or pull up to 75 lbs. May be required to work outdoors in inclement weather. Must maintain physical conditioning necessary for walking and standing for extended periods of time. All individuals are required to be able to perform these movements without a significant risk of injury to themselves or others, or to otherwise demonstrate or explain how they can perform the essential functions listed above.
