Reporting to the Practice Plan Manager for the Susan Samueli Integrative Health Institute the MAII Lead is responsible for oversight and daily coordination o the back office duties andstaff, overseeing patient care and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures. Oversees and assist with staff assignments and daily coordination of back office workflow in order to meet and maintain performance on the clinic's goals associated with the delivery of safe, high quality and timely patient care. Assists with operational transformation and improvement projects. Leads staff engagement ad training activities. Oversees and assists, as needed, in the procurement of authorizations for procedures and diagnostic testing; assists with outpatient clinic and diagnostic scheduling as needed. Assists with incoming phone calls and triage of patient calls requiring immediate response
