To develop, implement and provide leadership, direction, and supervision for the marketing and recruitment policies which shape the size and character of the USC Salkehatchie student body. Supervise the department of Recruitment and utilize close working relationships with all departments on campus for the recruitment and retention of student. Provide public awareness through community involvement for the purpose of maximizing student recruitment using all known venues. As the Director of Recruiting, you will also be responsible for traveling through the Salkehatchie region to recruit for our campus. The Director of Recruiting will be under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of Enrollment Management Services. The Executive Director of Enrollment Services and the Director of Recruiting will work together to set recruiting and enrollment goals, strategies and activities.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or related field and 1 year related experience, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience.
