This position will function as an Interiors Construction Administrator responsible for input of specifications for orders into a software system, reconciling and approving invoices for payment, managing and communicating with design team and customers, coordinating shop support work, signing off and managing punch lists for close out and relaying field verification as-built to design team.
Education and Experience:
Associate’s degree in the assigned discipline; or equivalent combination of training and experience. Some positions may require certification. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Must be detail oriented, organized and a good communicator. Must be able to work in an open work environment, and with a diverse group of people.
Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver's license or ability to obtain one prior to start date.
Preferred applicant will be able to read and interpret architectural drawings and manage the installation of all furniture/finish specifications associated with the project.
