The Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies focused on increasing inquiries and conversion for prospective students for graduate and undergraduate education programs in the College of Education.
This position works closely with enrollment team members, the Director of Student Services, Marketing, and Communications (SSMC), the Dean of the College of Education, COE faculty, University Communications, and the COE Development Office to maximize lead generation and enrollment opportunities for COE programs. The person in this position will oversee all information and material generated from the COE, including digital, print, graphics, and displays to build relationships and enhance the image of the COE.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of related experience. - Strong written and oral communication skills, including proofing and editing. - Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute detailed, efficient, effective and innovative digital marketing campaigns. - Experience distilling data and metrics into actionable insights that support program goals. - Experience working effectively with diverse people and as part of a team. - Computer skills (e.g. word processing, powerpoint spreadsheets, database, layout, and publishing familiarity). - Social Media expertise to collaborate with the webmaster to promote COE programs and events. - Ability to monitor and track production and budget for special projects in collaboration with the Director of Student Services, Marketing, and Communications.
- Master's degree with 1+ year of related experience. - Experience marketing in a higher education environment. - Graphic design experience. - Advanced skills in PowerPoint and other presentation software for high-level presentations at events.
