Rutgers University-Newark, an urban public research university and anchor institution, located in Newark, New Jersey, a city of promise, is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Rutgers Business School. Reporting to the Associate Dean of Alumni & Corporate Engagement for Rutgers Business school. The Program Coordinator I will support the Rutgers Business School Advancement team, which includes the alumni and corporate engagement and development initiatives. The duties of the Program Coordinator I includes but not limited to the following: -Works with school leaders and program directors to develop new and support current important programs to strengthen the school's relationship with external stakeholders. -Works with Advancement leadership to create comprehensive stewardship plan for RBS supporters and manages and improves the RBS scholarship program. -Plays an essential role in event management by identifying and evaluating various venues to be used for alumni, development and corporate engagement events. -Identifies, vet and evaluate food, event, entertainment, and merchandise vendors appropriate for the various levels of alumni, corporate and development events. -Oversees all
