The Department of Emergency Medicine and interdepartmental Center for Immunity & Inflammation (CII) at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School seeks an exceptional research scientist in the areas of Resuscitation, Sepsis or Toxicology for a tenure track faculty position at the level of Assistant/Associate Professor. Rutgers New Jersey Medical School is located in Newark, N.J. and is part of Rutgers Biomedical and Health Services (http://rbhs.rutgers.edu), division of Rutgers, The state University of New Jersey.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Applicants should have a Ph.D., M.D. and/or M.D./Ph.D. and at least 2+ years of postdoctoral research experience. Candidates are expected to establish a high impact, funded independent research program that is focused on any one of the following: resuscitation, sepsis or toxicology and related issues, as well as participate in medical and graduate school education.
