The Office of Community Engagement and Support (OCES) is currently recruiting for two Project Coordinators.
The Project Coordinator will act independently to complete all steps necessary for project planning and implementations including defining scope, resources, execution, monitoring of status and risk, quality assurance, and closure. The Project Coordinator facilitates and organizes OCES planning and coordination meetings and huddles, and has the responsibility of ensuring all OCES project documentation is up to date. The Project Coordinator will administer the OCES Smart Sheet portal, dashboards, project plans and workflows, and maintains OCES executive dashboards.
