The Administrative Coordinator utilizes her/his knowledge and expertise to enhance facility operations by providing confidential administrative and secretarial services to support the Patient Care Services Division in areas throughout OHSU. This includes a variety of complex administrative assignments. This position performs staffing activities as well as other administrative duties on a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Flexibility is required to cover all shifts and on call as needed to accommodate vacations, ill calls and holiday coverage. This is a non patient care area.
