The Rappaport Center for Law and Public Policy at Boston College Law School is seeking an Administrative Assistant with stellar communications skills and administrative prowess.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant provides communications, marketing, programming, and logistical support to both the Faculty Director and the Executive Director. The Assistant is responsible for social media, the Rappaport Center website, promotional materials, as well as the day-to-day running of the office and handling all details and logistics for Center programming and Board meetings, tracking expenses, and maintaining databases. In addition, the Assistant collaborates on and coordinates the Rappaport Fellowship Program.
T he ideal candidate will have strong written and oral communication skills, be technologically advanced with established and emerging technologies including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, PhotoShop), highly organized, personable, self-motivated, and have a commitment to diversity and inclusion. A bachelor's degree is required.
