Research Support - Laboratory/Non-Laboratory, Staff/Administrative
Routine lab maintenance and procedures (i.e, laboratory supply ordering, laboratory record management, etc). Assist other lab techs and personnel in routine laboratory procedures in a molecular genetics research laboratory. Procedures include mice colony maintenance.
REQUIRED: High School Diploma, plus 3 years laboratory experience; OR college level science education.
Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in biology/ chemistry/ biotechnology .
Experience working in a lab setting.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Reliable attendance, remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time, constant handling of scientific instruments and computers, detailed visual interpretations and accuracy.
