Advertised Job Summary:
The Director of MIB Graduate Career Services will work with the Director of Graduate Career Management to research, develop and deliver innovative graduate level career education for the entire MIB student population. The Director will also provide consistent 1:1 career coaching (onsite and virtually, as needed) and provide support by strategizing with the students on both internship and full -time employment searches. The Director will work closely with the OCM Employer Relations team members to assist in sourcing opportunities and will be responsible for real time tracking of each individual student’s search in a dashboard format and the coordination and administration of final full-time placement surveys and subsequent placement data.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree in Student Services or related field and 4 years experience in student services program area.
