The admin assistant will manage the front office reception area for Penn Engineering Financial Services (PEFS) and provide administrative duties, including greeting guests and serving as the customer service ‘face’ of the organization. Triage initial customer questions, providing appropriate guidance or directing inquires to the corresponding business office personnel. Responsible for managing and directing phones and the general office email queue. As needed, the admin assistant will support SEAS Business Office website to manage directory and content. Additional responsibilities include managing and distributing petty cash, overseeing office supply purchasing and other office functions as delegated by operational management.
