The Office of Risk Management & Insurance is responsible for the property and casualty operations of the University and Health System in the areas of property insurance, general and automobile liability insurance, workers’ compensation, fine arts, medical, dental, and veterinary professional liability, international travel, and student athlete insurances. The office identifies and evaluates areas of potential exposure to risk and implements measures to reduce risk across the institution.
This Office Coordinator provides administrative support primarily to the Vice President and also to the staff of the Office of Risk Management and Insurance. The position will manage office activities and primary responsibilities include scheduling, travel arrangements, managing departmental mail, answering main office phone and triaging general questions and inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include purchasing functions, accounts payable activities, and travel reimbursements. Manage the filing of insurance policy documentation and office archiving systems.
