Manage operational activities of Registrar Services which includes supervision of staff members. Manage and develop reports for purposes of establishing production measure and ensure compliance. Manage enrollment reporting through National Student Clearinghouse. Collaborate with colleges, departments and other academic units to resolve issues related to registration and enrollment. Develop and implement best business practices that improve and maintain customer service and communications with all university constituents. Provide ongoing training internally and across campus for use of self-service systems.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably working in higher education. Two years of experience working directly with a Student Information System or any large Enterprise Resource System. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn new areas of responsibility and the ability to analyze new and changing technology, policies, and procedures is required. Evidence of ability to exercise good judgment, make decisions, and function with high levels of autonomy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
Experience working in a college/university environment such as Registrar, Enrollment Management, or a Student Services related office. Experience using the Ellucian Banner Student Information System. Strong preference for proficiency in query and report writing.
