Plan, oversee, and execute events in order to meet establishedprogram goals, objectives and timelines (35%)
Provides expertise and assists inoversight on the goals and objectives for your projects/programs, and serve asprimary point-of-contact, as well as develop/update SOPs and Best Practices.
Assist with milestone monitoring toensure appropriate progress â aligned both with database and project trackingdocument maintenance.
Collaborate with Project Mangers,Analysts, and Directors to execute programmatic elements routinely with highquality and accuracy.
Schedule special meetings forleadership as requested. This may involve high-level cross-departmentalcoordination.
Schedule and assist in execution ofmonthly VICTR and VUMC-investigative team meetings as requested.
Develop and oversee program marketing (25%)
Act as a liaison for the LHS programby answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns.
Oversee program website, social media, marketing, and publicrelations initiatives.
Design and draft publications, fact sheets, promotional items,and event materials.
Program improvement (20%)
Consistently perform QA reviews ofthe LHS efforts and make recommendations for improvement based upon outcomes.
Conduct program evaluations including survey creation, datacollection, and analysis.
Build data collection tools in REDCap and prepare summary ofresults
Administrative direction (20%)
Organize and systematize the preparation of annual reports andresearch/educational grants, as appropriate
Organizeand facilitate the various types of submissions related to institutional regulatoryoffices.
Editand facilitate manuscript submissions, as well as create and maintain researchand citation libraries.
