Reports to: Assistant Director, Evening and Graduate Admissions; Senior Site Director
The admissions representative is responsible for managing all aspects of admissions and enrollment for non-traditional prospective students, as well as applicants to the University. Duties include, but are not limited to, recruiting new students, collecting and documenting all admission submissions, and conducting financial aid packaging.

Manage recruitment and admissions process for assigned programs and formats
Assist in managing day-to-day functionality of office environment at St. Charles and extension site locations
Create financial award packages for new students, in collaboration with Financial Services’ office.
Represent University Admissions at community events to align with enrollment strategies
Required Qualifications – Required qualifications to effectively perform the job. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. (Additional requirements may be designated by position.)
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with recruitment and/or sales background with a proven track record of success preferred
