PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provides planning, setup, operational management, security, and documentation for the college’s school-wide Windows hardware and software infrastructure. Manages the MCAD’s Net App storage infrastructure.
BS in MIS, or equivalent technical experience.
Three years work experience in Active Directory management as well as administration of Windows-based information systems and client workstations, preferably in an educational environment.
Comprehensive and documented knowledge of:
Windows operating system (Server 2008 R2/Windows 7 and up)
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
Facilitate in identifying, prioritizing and solving problems with a deadline
Ability to work effectively in a team
Detailed oriented and self-starter
Active sense of humor is preferred.
On-call for responding to and resolving issues occurring outside of business hours.
