The Department of Nursing is accepting applications for two non-tenure track positions as Instructors of Nursing. The anticipated start date for these positions is August 2019.
Responsibilities: Provides instruction to students in the classroom or via an Internet based environment and performs other job related duties. Travel to an off-campus location may be required.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in nursing. Must hold current registered nurse (R.N.) license in the Commonwealth of Kentucky by the employment start date. Minimum of two years nursing experience within the immediate past five years. Demonstrated experience in the use of computer hardware and software. Effective communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Desired Qualifications: Candidates with medical-surgical credentials desired. Terminal degree and teaching experience also desired.
