The Budget Manager of the Office of On Your Time Initiatives (OYT) and Office of Distributed Learning (ODL) will have a dual report to the OYT Director and ODL Associate Director and oversee all aspects of fiscal management, budgeting functions, and business activities. The Budget Manager will also evaluate and provide leadership for OYT's and ODL's financial and personnel management activities to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. This position will conduct and coordinate technical and specialized assignments related to the administrative and business management of both offices. The Budget Manager will also manage staff in the OYT Human Resources area.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Master's degree and 2 years related experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience; or equivalency.
