Advertised Job Summary:
The Fiscal Tech position reports directly to the Director of Accounting and Reporting and is responsible for the management and collection of student accounts receivables for Columbia and system campuses. Assists with uncollectible balances to the Collections department. Prepares Education Foundation scholarship billing each semester and works with Financial Aid to resolve discrepancies. Assists with preparation and entry of documents and transactions submitted for input into the AR system.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Associate's degree with 12 semester hours of accounting courses and 3 years of clerical accounting or bookkeeping experience; or high school diploma and 5 years related experience.
