The HR Business Partner enhances organizational and individual excellence by partnering with leaders within the assigned business unit to assist with the proper alignment of people, processes, structure and culture. This position provides strategic HR leadership in employee/ labor relations, compensation/ classification, talent management and organizational development. This role is responsible for effectively communicating college strategies and objectives and implementing change initiatives designed to support Riverland Community College's Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Talent Acquisition responsibilities encompass search process design and metrics, new employee on-boarding, and building talent pipelines. Examples of this work include but not limited to:
Manage affirmative action, non-discriminatory recruiting and selection processes for position vacancies represented by collective bargaining units and plans;
Lead talent acquisition process improvements that will improve diversity and inclusion and ensure compliance with Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB)
