The Department of Neurology at Yale School of Medicine seeks to hire a full-time Behavioral Neurologist at the rank level of Assistant Professor. This position is approximately 50% clinical and 50% research. Applicants should have clinical expertise in the recognition, diagnosis and treatment of patients with memory disorders. The essential duties of this position include: (1) the care of patients with behavior, memory, and cognitive disorders, (2) participating in Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center initiatives, (3) teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, and (4) developing an MRI imaging program in the field of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Candidates must have a track record of publication in the field, an MD or equivalent, and be BC/BE in Neurology. Applicants must also be eligible for medical licensure in Connecticut and fellowship trained in Behavioral Neurology.
