The part-time Laboratory Technician works directly with students in achieving and assessing the Essential Skills required by the American Veterinary Medical Association. Working with cats, dogs, skills include: restraint, physical exams, immunizations, ECG, bandaging, diagnostic imaging, OSHA ans safety training, performing common medical procedures, injections and venipuncture, as well as other activities.

SALARY: $18.49 per hour. Non-benefited position, up to 14 hours per week.

Certified Veterinary Technician with a minimum of three (3) years of employment in a veterinary hospital preferred.
