Reporting to the Coordinator-Student Programs at the Agricultural Technical Institute (ATI), the Program Assistant supports the university mission to promote the intellectual, cultural, personal and social development of all students through high quality student life programs; oversees evening and occasional weekend operations of the Student Activity Center and student recreational activities on the Wooster campus; assists in the organization of recreational team and individual sports at the OSU Wooster campus, with a focus on undergraduate students at Ohio State ATI; student employee supervision and oversight; coordinates procurement and maintenance of equipment to support student recreational and sport programs; assists in the organization of events and activities for undergraduate student groups, clubs, organizations and special student populations; responsible for Student Activity Center communications including: social media, print marketing, calendars, website updates and email.

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience; knowledge of recreational sports and event planning.
Knowledge of higher education and student activities; experience in the preparation and design of event marketing materials; advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills; prior A/V experience.
Target Salary: $12.03 - $15.09 Hourly
