The Department of Science and Mathematics, in the College of Arts and Sciences, seeks applications from qualified candidates for a full-time non-tenure track temporary Lecturer position in mathematics, specializing in application of computational tools and/or algebraic applications and focused on best classroom practices and/or assessment methods in lower-division course work, beginning in fall 2019. Teaching of both lower and upper division undergraduate courses is expected. The College seeks excellence in instruction. The regular teaching load is 4/4. Summer teaching assignments may be available but are not guaranteed.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
M.S. or Ph.D. in Mathematics from a regionally accredited institution
A minimum of 18 graduate hours in mathematics
A minimum of 1 year teaching experience
This is a temporary, non-tenure-track position requiring teaching and service responsibilities.
