The Office of University Advancement has a position opening for an Assistant Director of Individual Giving. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of leadership donors and prospective donors, and volunteers at the major gifts level, to support the mission of St. Ambrose University. Individual will have demonstrated success in identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding major gift donors. Candidate will have geographic as well as college specific responsibilities, requiring regular travel. Will serve as a key member of the major gifts team and have shared responsibility for institutional events, volunteer management and systems management. Requirements: Four or more years of successful development experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree, bachelors preferred with 1-2 years of related experience.
