Position Summary: The Registration Clerk II will provide assistance to the Wilf campus Registrar Office. This position is student and faculty facing and requires excellent customer service.
Data entry and processing of all forms
Assist the registrars with entering the course schedule in Banner
Help students with registration related issues and register them as needed
Answer phone calls, emails, and in person inquiries from students, faculty, and staff with impeccable customer service
Filing and document imaging
Maintain student information in our student information systems and student files
Process transcript requests
Run reports and compile data as needed by the Assistant, Associate, and University Registrars
Process transfer credit evaluations
Post grades to Banner and process change of grade forms
Assist with daily office tasks such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, preparing mailings, and scheduling meetings and registrar events
Support the Assistant and Associate Registrars as needed
Perform additional tasks when assigned

Sensitivity to confidential information; Knowledge of FERPA a plus
Must excel in working in a fast paced, team environment
