Provide the experience and knowledge to teach non-credit courses in Customer Service and/or Call Center Representative. This includes defining various types of customers, identifying the elements involved in the customer service process, identifying customers’ needs, and determining strategies to provide quality customer service.
Essential Duties :
Teach non-credit classes; continuously review curriculum and methods to improve the quality of construction; use a variety of methods to teach adult learners; evaluate student progress and constantly communicate with students and Blinn administration; keep accurate student records and certification files; perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
At least 36 months work experience as a Customer Service Representative or Supervisor.
At least five years work experience as a Customer Service Representative or Supervisor. At least one year experience training Customer Service Representatives. At least one year experience training Call Center Representatives.
