Summary Description: The Division of Clinical Genetics in the Department of Pediatrics at Columbia University Medical Center is recruiting a Clinical and Biochemical Geneticist at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. Responsibilities will include patient care (inpatient consultations, outpatient genetics clinics, regional clinics, multidisciplinary clinics) and teaching of medical students and residents. Opportunities will be available for clinical research and collaboration with physician/scientists. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants should be board-certified or board eligible in Medical Genetics and/or Medical/Biochemical Genetics. Must be eligible to practice in NYS.Candidates are expected to have excellent clinical and interpersonal skills and experience in teaching.
