Support The Science & Technology Enrichment Program (S.T.E.P.) philosophy and reflect this in their interaction with students. Provide developmental assistance according to student needs and provide weekly assessment of student progress. Participate in required training/workshops/meetings. Assist in administration tasks relevant to duties
Enrollment or graduate of a institution of post-secondary education with a GPA of 3.0 or greater in desired area of academic instruction. Experience working with middle and/or high school students in an after-school setting, in small groups, classrooms or individual basis. Candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor Degree in area(s) of academic instruction: Math, Education & Technology, ELA, Chemistry, Physics, General Biology/Biological & Earth Sciences. Experience with target population. Strong communication and diplomatic skills.
