Rider University seeks an entry-level individual for a temporary Building Maintenance position to perform a variety of routine maintenance services requiring the repair/replacement, installation and repair of building components. The work schedule for this temporary position is Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Qualified candidate must have 3 years general maintenance experience, along with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting skills. Additional requirements include: good physical stamina; ability to work on ladders and lifts; ability to operate power tools; and good organization skills. This position requires a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
