This position will assist the coordination of the ADA testing activities offered by the Disability Services department. This includes scheduling exams, managing testing room space, monitoring test takers, keeping accurate records/statistical data, ensuring test security and integrity, and complying with faculty instructions and approved ADA accommodations.
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Education, Spec. Ed, or Related Field and/or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Google docs and Adobe forms.
Strong time management skills, with demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform in a timely and efficient manner.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact diplomatically with a diverse group of individuals at all organizational levels.
Writing skills to prepare clear, concise & grammatically correct correspondence.
Professional demeanor and the ability to work with other departments while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
An ethical commitment to the confidentiality of sensitive documents.
Ability and diplomacy skills to consult with students and faculty regarding educational and security issues associated with testing.
Attention to detail in a high paced environment.
Technical skills to learn and use enterprise systems required for this position.

A working knowledge of ADA/504 and 508 applicable federal and state laws.
Experience in Higher Education.
