This position reports to the Director of Campus Activities and serves as primary support for the director. This position supervise, support, and evaluate two full-time administrative support staff members and one hourly support staff member. It coordinates, review and compile student employee hiring contracts and other forms associated with student employment. This position updates and assist in creating policies, coordinate travel and update Business Continuity Plan. This position also serves as the compliance officer and coordinate tailgate registration.
Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Graduation from an accredited 4-year institution.
Experience supervising/managing an office environment.
