To process apheresis products and clinical samples from pet dogs with cancer and autoimmunity enrolled on clinical trials. To perform immune analysis on the same patients including flow cytometry, intracellular cytokine staining, qRT-PCR, ELISA, and ELISpot. To perform analysis of data and generate data graphs and charts for use in Powerpoint presentations and manuscript submissions. To develop S.O.Ps for more routine lab procedures.
