The Manager of Food Services will provide management for a multi-franchise food service facility, convenience store and delivery operation. They will manage and provide guidance to four exempt supervisors, 30 non-exempt bargaining unit employees and 130 student and temporary employees. They will also oversee food production and purchasing in excess of $850,000 using food production software. The Manager of Food Services will manage and maintain exemplary customer service. They will plan and execute special events.
