Posting Summary: The Office of Medical Education is seeking an Instructional Support Coordinator (ISC) to provide operational, administrative, and fiscal support for medical education courses. The ideal candidate can quickly learn and navigate new educational technologies and software; is able to work with various groups (faculty, students, and administrators); and maintains attention to detail while addressing multiple responsibilities. Duties include: securing and entering course information into the online student information and scheduling system; processing room reservation requests; maintaining and updating course websites; scheduling student assessment reviews; and providing logistical support for faculty course leaders. In addition, the incumbent assists with course and program evaluations, student assessments, and communicates regularly with faculty and students.
At least four years of administrative experience, preferably with educational programming is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred and may substitute for experience.
