Assistant Professor – Psychology & Counseling - Physiological/Neuroscience (Tenure Track)

Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in psychology
Must be qualified and willing to teach courses in physiological psychology/neuroscience
Advise students and maintain a schedule of office hours
Attend meetings and engage in service as needed
Maintain an active research program
Ph.D. or ABD (with Ph.D. by August 2019) in physiological psychology or neuroscience (Degree must be from a regionally accredited or internationally accredited/government certified university)
Experience teaching at college/university level as a graduate assistant, instructor, or above and to teach assigned courses
Demonstrated ability to teach face-to-face courses and willingness to teach online courses
Demonstrated active research agenda and associated peer-reviewed professional productivity
Demonstrated strong communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to collegiality when interacting with others within the University community
Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment, including working with multi-cultural populations and an understanding of, and sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
