Assists with the development, facilitation and execution of internal staff training at all levels of to enhance the skills and technical competency of University faculty and staff.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline, plus a minimum of three (3) years of training experience. Must have experience in establishing learning environments that utilize and address numerous learning styles and adult learning techniques. Must have a strong working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). Must have previous experience developing and teaching technology related programs.
Five (5) or more years of technology training experience in a business or higher education setting, preferably in Information Technology. One (1) year or more of Banner ERP and other technology related training experience.
